Returns Policy

Return & Exchange Policy At DOVA HEALTH, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange a product, please review our policy below.

 

1. Return Policy We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date under the following conditions: The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the protective seal intact. The return must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt). Returns must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. How to Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Support at contact@dovahealth.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions, including the return address. Package the item securely and ship it using a trackable shipping method.

 

2. Exchange Policy We allow exchanges within 30 days of purchase for the same product or a similar item if: The product is unopened and unused. The protective seal is intact. The exchange is requested due to an incorrect order or defective product. If you need an exchange, please contact us at contact@dovahealth.co.uk with your order details. If the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping costs.

 

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for: Opened or used products. Products not purchased directly from www.dovahealth.com or our official sellers. Items past the 30-day return window.

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at contact@dovahealth.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos of the product and packaging to assist with the resolution.

 

5. Refund Process Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. If rejected (e.g., opened or used items), we will notify you with options to return the item to you at your expense.
